Sylvan learning

On January 14, 2026, Team HYPERNOVA had the pleasure of welcoming Chris from Sylvan Learning to meet our team and learn more about what we do. During his visit, Chris shared exciting news—Sylvan Learning would be supporting us through both a sponsorship and a fundraiser partnership.

We guided Chris through our business room and introduced him to the work our team does behind the scenes. During our conversation, he shared valuable insight from his experience helping students discover their paths and succeed in high school, especially when facing challenging courses. Hearing about the ways he supports students in reaching their potential was both inspiring and meaningful to our team.

To finish the visit, we brought Chris into our robot room for a sneak peek at the robot we’ve been developing this season and gave him a look at the engineering work our team has been putting in.

We are incredibly grateful to Chris and Sylvan Learning for supporting our team and believing in our future success—not only as a robotics team, but also as a business team.
